The management of specific short to medium term engineering projects. This can include timing and cost plans, monitoring of projects from conception through to production and the management of research and development programmes.

Lean manufacturing techniques
Services range from reviewing and updating current manufacturing systems through to the establishment of completely new production facilities.  These will be developed on a lean basis  incorporating best practices such as one piece flow, Kanban, PokeYoke, etc.
